Hello, I submitted my food stamps renewal early in October and was expecting to receive them on November 5th. Unfortunately, Georgia Gateway has no record of my renewal anymore. My tracking number is T[redacted]5. The head of the household is James Goodmanson, with a date of birth of 03/29/[redacted]. I am Florrie Angela Gibson, a dependent in this case. I can be reached at [redacted]. Residing in Toombs County, Georgia, it seems they have a backlog of cases and are struggling to assist everyone promptly. I would appreciate any assistance in figuring out what happened to my renewal, ensuring its approval, and expediting my benefits. Thank you.

I receive SNAP benefits, usually deposited on the 9th each month. Last month in October, after some issues with my information in the system, I received a $[redacted] deposit. My account showed approval and details. This month in November, I checked my balance on the 9th, the deposit day, and only had $2 left from last month. Today, the benefits still haven't arrived, and my account shows the benefits as pending. I need assistance with this issue.

I completed my food stamps review back in October, as it needed to be submitted by the end of November. However, I have not received a call for my over-the-phone interview yet. My case status shows as open, with benefits set to be loaded onto my card tomorrow. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach my case worker. I have left several messages but have not received a response. I hope that the delay in communication does not lead to my case being closed due to someone else's negligence, especially since I have fulfilled my obligations.

I'm SeBrina. My SNAP benefits renewal was due on September 15, [redacted], and I submitted all required information on time. Despite multiple calls, I was told my September renewal was delayed. I later found out my case had been reassigned. After visiting the Louisville GA DFCS on November 27, [redacted], hoping to receive benefits by Thanksgiving, I have still not received any benefits as of December 5th, [redacted]. I've been given many excuses and the runaround for over 2 months. What should I do next?

I'm seeking clarification on my child's insurance status. I missed the insurance renewal deadline and reapplied for assistance. On the GA Gateway portal, it shows medical assistance approved from 12/1/19 to 11/30/20 for my eligible child. However, when I called WellCare, they indicated she's inactive. In contrast, PeachCare informed me that she's active. I was advised to check if her ID had changed, but the provider said she's inactive.

I was asked to provide proof of citizenship only after the deadline to receive my food stamps had passed. Despite being a citizen born in Florida and an army veteran battling cancer, I can't afford the food and medication I desperately need. I have already provided proof of citizenship when I first started receiving stamps, so it feels unfair to be penalized for others' mistakes. The case manager's lack of communication has left me struggling to meet their unreasonable demands. My renewal was delayed twice while my friends, who filed on the same day, had their renewals processed promptly. The situation seems discriminatory based on the different treatment we received. I am unable to easily obtain a new birth certificate from Florida due to transport and financial constraints. I feel overlooked and marginalized while seeing others in more fortunate circumstances approved with ease. This experience has left me feeling mistreated and overlooked, especially considering my service to the country and my current health struggles.

I renewed my food stamps online through Gateway before the deadline, but my caseworker never contacted me. After waiting the recommended 10 days, I tried calling but couldn't reach anyone. Left voice messages but never got a call back. My stamps are usually on my card by the 9th of each month. I went to the office on the 13th to see my caseworker, who then scheduled a phone interview instead of speaking with me right then. After requesting to speak to her supervisor, I had to wait again. Even after explaining everything to the supervisor, I was given another date for a phone interview that never happened. I'm still waiting for the interview and my stamps are almost two weeks late. What should I do next? I need help promptly.

I submitted my renewal application on December 14, [redacted], with the deadline for renewal being January 31, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I did not receive any communication from DFACS until February 14, [redacted], requesting additional documents. I visited the office on February 28, [redacted], and provided the necessary documents, including proof of incarceration, my birth certificate, and social security documentation. Despite the system being down, I managed to submit my documents before the March 1, [redacted] deadline. I later returned to the office to file a Fair Hearing form due to the ongoing computer issues. Despite my efforts to comply with the requirements, my case was closed, and I have not received my stamps. I have tried reaching out multiple times, but my calls remain unanswered. I am concerned about the status of my hearing process and the delay in receiving my benefits.

I am reaching out because I previously had a Georgia EBT card that was lost and never replaced since I haven't received food stamps for years. Recently, on October 13th, [redacted], I was approved for food stamps. I am unsure if a new food stamp card will be issued to me or if I need to request a replacement. When I contacted the assistance number, they confirmed my current mailing address and account details. I am unsure if a new card is on its way or if I need to take further action. I spoke with a representative briefly yesterday, but we got disconnected before finalizing. Despite multiple attempts today, I have been unable to reach anyone as the lines seem busy. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Last month, I did not receive my food stamps because I submitted my application late. It has been almost two months now, and I still have not received any assistance. A lady contacted me a few weeks ago regarding an interview, but she never reached back out despite my numerous follow-up calls and voicemails. I am a parent of four children, and we are facing significant difficulties. The food stamps are crucial for us. I am pleading for a review of my application and expedited assistance. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I am experiencing difficulty accessing the website due to too many incorrect password attempts. Despite trying to reset my password and answering the security question, I am unable to regain access. I contacted 1-[redacted] for assistance, and after waiting a few days, Andrew left a message about the issue. However, he did not provide a call-back number. I have been unsuccessful in reaching back out since then. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly. Your help in fixing the website access matter would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Marleta J. Patterson

We renewed our EBT in April [redacted], which makes it the fourth time in a year and a half. However, this time they claimed we didn't renew it and asked us to reapply. It's been two and a half months, and we are struggling with not having enough food. Both of us, aged 66 and 56, are disabled. Despite my repeated calls, emails to the caseworker and supervisor, and missed phone interview due to phone issues, the situation has not improved. We have not received the scheduled calls and are now in quarantine due to COVID-19, making it impossible for us to go out for food. We urgently need our EBT renewed. This lack of assistance and poor treatment is unacceptable. Help is desperately needed. My name is Debra Roland, and my case number is T[redacted]7 with client ID [redacted]0. Thank you.

I am having trouble with my benefits being suspended because I didn't submit the Unearned Income/Contributions/Gifts form on time. My monthly income varies due to buying and selling items on eBay, typically ranging between $1,[redacted] to $1,[redacted]. Completing the form accurately is challenging given the fluctuating income. Last month, I only made $[redacted]. I urgently need assistance to prevent my benefits from being cut off. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I haven't been able to get through on the phone. My case number is [redacted]17 under the name Brady Macomber. Please contact me promptly at [redacted]. Thank you.

I usually receive my EBT Benefits on the 9th of each month. I completed my renewal online before the deadline, and it was approved. However, today is the 9th, and I have not received my Benefits on my card. I did not receive any notice about a change in the issuance date. Based on my ID number ending in 25, I believe I should have received my Benefits. I kindly request that my benefits be issued promptly.

I was expecting a prepaid card worth $[redacted] from Georgia, but it never arrived. I've been trying to reach out to get information on why I didn't get it. I believe I'm entitled to it just like others receiving food stamps. I've been facing this issue for three months now. I tried contacting different offices like the governor's office and the department of human services, but haven't had any luck. Every time I call, I get directed to automated recordings or irrelevant departments. I've also tried using the Gateway portal without success. The funds were distributed in September, and it's now November, and I still haven't received anything. I feel like I'm being discriminated against for not receiving the card. I really need this for food right now. Can someone please guide me on who to contact regarding this matter? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My gateway account shows as deactivated whenever I attempt to reset my password or enter my username. This issue arose right after the $[redacted] assistance from Kemp was distributed. Despite my daily calls to the office seeking assistance, I have not received any response from the staff. I am unable to verify if the assistance has been deposited into my account for my family, as it seems someone tried to hack into my account, resulting in its deactivation.

I have been unsuccessful in activating my cash assistance card as I cannot locate my client ID. Despite attempting various methods over the past few weeks, including calling multiple numbers, searching online, and visiting several websites, I am still unable to find my client ID. While I have my SSN, I do not remember my gateway login information, though I attempted to create a new one without success. I have not received any mail containing my client ID. I have read that I could potentially retrieve it by calling the [redacted] number, but so far, I have not been successful. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I've been struggling to activate my cash assistance card as I can't find my client ID. Despite trying various methods for weeks including calling multiple numbers, researching online, and checking different websites like the Department of Human Services and the gateway website, I still can't access my account. Although I have my social security number, I don't have the login details for the gateway account. I attempted to create a new login, but it didn't solve the issue. I haven't received any mail containing my client ID. I've heard about calling the [redacted] number to retrieve it, but I haven't had success with that either. How can I get my client ID?

I submitted my application for food stamps on March 31st, [redacted], but I have yet to receive any communication from a caseworker. Despite multiple attempts to contact the customer service line and leaving messages for the supposed caseworker, I have not received a return call. The team number provided seems to be valid, and upon checking the gateway, it shows that registration is complete, yet there is no further information available. #T[redacted]0 Applicant Initials M.M. with SSN ending in [redacted] applied on 3/31/23.

I submitted my renewal back in March. I have been trying to reach my case worker, Britney Harris, for months, only to receive voicemail messages. Even attempts to contact her supervisor have been unsuccessful. I visited the main office recently, only to find out Britney wasn't there. I handed in my documents as instructed. I was informed by the staff that Britney should have contacted me about my renewal already. Despite being told that she would contact me, I received another letter about a phone application. Britney then mentioned she couldn't process the application because she needed to speak with me about my renewal and found out I am owed backdated food stamps. I've been trying to reach Britney's supervisor without any luck. I feel it's necessary to speak with her supervisor or another person regarding this matter. The way Britney has handled my renewal makes me believe someone else more qualified should handle my applications.
