I bought a brand new Vivofit * in May. About a month after purchasing it I began having trouble. The battery ran out. I was told that it had been on the shelf for a bit after it was made and I needed to get another battery. Frustrating that I should have to do that. I got a new battery and within a month it was doing very strange things with the display. Eventually within a month the battery was dead. I called and a refurbished one was sent to me. I am not sure why I couldn’t get a new one since I purchased it so recently. Approximately * weeks ago my Vivofit started losing time-anywhere from * to ** minutes until I synchronize. *I would like a brand new Vivofit * -not a refurbished. This is the fourth round of trouble I have had and I am becoming frustrated. I had a first generation and loved it. It lasted awhile. Please help!
