I went to one of the stores today and purchased the Lean Shake Burn vanilla and wanted a second one since they were buy * get * **% off but that store only had * canister left. The employee said he could have the second can mailed to my house at no charge. When I went to check out he couldn't figure out how to get mailed to me. Instead of calling someone to help him he just sent me on my way with just the * can. I was very unsatisfied with his customer service. I then later called and spoke to someone else and explained my story and he told me I would have to come back tonight to get it fixed. I stated that I live ** minutes away. He then said you can go to our website to order my *nd can but I said then I won't get it for half price. I then asked how long the sale was going and he said it shouldn't end anytime soon. I then asked if next time I'm in if I bring my receipt in that shows I didnt get my *nd can at half price if I could get * at half price that day and he said he wasn't sure about that. Again not happy with his customer service. It seemed like neither of the employees knew what they were doing. All I want is my *nd can half price.
