I placed an order for 3 bottles of Women's Hair Skin and Nails Advanced Vitamins on September 19. I reached out to the chat support twice due to issues with the DHL tracking not updating. The second time, I was informed by the agent that the package was lost in transit. My order was being delivered to Canada, which is why I reached out for assistance. I requested to speak to a supervisor, and the agent mentioned the order was on its way to the post office and asked for 2-3 more days for delivery. I was assured that GNC would contact me via email, but it has been a week without any updates. I am eagerly awaiting my order and expect prompt communication from GNC.

I am a customer of your store located at Victory/Tampa [redacted] Victory Blvd., Reseda, CA [redacted]. My registered telephone number is [redacted]. On 11/3/[redacted], I purchased Triflex ([redacted]) and noticed that the bottle only contained 38 tablets instead of the expected 60. After returning the product for an exchange, the tablets were counted, and I received a replacement. Subsequently, on 1/18/22, I purchased another bottle.
I received an email regarding an order # [redacted]87 dated 1/24/[redacted] being shipped to me and paid for with my Credit Card. I always make in-store payments and have not authorized any online orders. This led me to suspect fraudulent activity. I contacted Customer Service Representative Sheema this morning to report this unauthorized charge. She assured me that a thorough investigation would be conducted by the Management team. I have requested that CEO Josh Burris, Mark Kirby, and Risk Management Dave Jeroski be informed and that appropriate action is taken against those responsible for this incident involving the unauthorized use of my credit card. GNC has been repeatedly sending products to my address that belong to the previous owner. I initially contacted GNC to arrange a UPS/FedEx pickup but was told to return the items to their store instead. Despite complying once, I have now received two more items, and I am reluctant to take on this responsibility again. When I contacted GNC, they mentioned security reasons prevented them from removing my address from the system. I mistakenly opened the latest package without checking the label, so now I may have to cover the return shipping cost. This experience has deterred me from ordering from GNC as it seems I may never receive the correct items.

I am disappointed with my recent experience at the GNC store in Coppell, Texas. I have been a customer since December [redacted] and visited the store on September 9, [redacted], around 2:30 PM to buy vitamins for my spouse who had bariatric surgery. The store was closed despite it supposed to be open all day. When I called the next day, the person on the phone denied the store was closed the previous day. The manager, Michael, was unapologetic and condescending, claiming the store was new when I've been a customer since December. The coupon I used showed zero dollars after purchase. This was a disappointing experience for someone with 45 years of retail management experience. I hope for a better response. Thank you.
