I attempted to make a purchase at store ***** and the cash register showed that my card was declined but the card reader said approved. I waited until the next (*******) and checked my bank account and the transaction went through to the store. I don't have the product but yet the transaction went through. I want a refund because the sales person will not give me the product based on the what his systems says. I have a copy.of the transaction from my bank.
GetHuman-frasierr did not yet indicate what GNC.com should do to make this right.
