Auto policy**You guys are unbelievable. To say I am unhappy with the service provided at geico is an understatement. I am disappointed in everything. Please do me a favor and reevaluate your mission statement and the culture of your company or provide more training to your employees on how to deal with customers. Your under writting department hands down is the worst service I have every delt with. As a customer you work for me, so remind your employees and help them not forget it. Your people are never on the same page, and depending on who you speak to your given different information even if it’s the same question. I document everything I do for legal purposes even when dealing with Geico.
