I have a GE Profile Microwave. Over the past *-* years it caught fire twice. If we did not see it, our house would have caught fire. Twice your techs came and repaired it. A week and a half ago I heard it making the noise that leads it to go on fire. This is the THIRD TIME THE AAME APPLIANCE ALMOST CAUSES A FIRE IN MY HOUSE!*Twice I have scheduled an appointment to do something about it and twice it was cancelled. **) I should not have to pay for a unit repair that is obviously a defective product that is putting my family in danger**) GE should replace the unit**) it is not our fault that two appointments were cancelled. We need a operational microwave for thanksgiving!*I must be reached at ***-***-****. Please do not hide behind email.
