My wife and i purchased a washer on June *rd, **** and we had it delivered to our home on June **rd. On July **st, **** our brand new washer started acting up. It shut off in the middle of a cycle. The front loader door locked and we had wet clothes. We couldnt get in the door. After letting the clothes sit in the washer until that following monday, we got door open after jiggling the power cord. We contacted to use our manufacture warranty and had Carmichael Appliances out and i wouldnt reccommend them to my worst enemy. They diagnosed the issue without assessing the washer. After we told them to look at power cord, they moved washer and now it wont even come on. NO power whatsoever. So they were suppose to order parts, never gave a time frame and never commuincated. So i called them everyday to finally be told parts are not in stock and not sure the next step. So now i am sitting with a brand new washer, $*** later and i have to take my clothes to laundromat. I had to throw clothes out as they got ruined cause the door locked. I want to look into getting a replacement washer. I want the old one gone and get a new washer the same model if all possible. I tried the manufacturer warranty, didnt work out and feel as if there is a issue with washer. Possible faulty washer.
