I bought a GE Monogram Refrigerator Model* ZIS***NNBII (Loyalty Program) It was delivered without handles I was never told nor offered the option to buy the pieces One for freezer door and for refrig side. Have been on the phone or on line since receiving the refreg non stop Have spoken to over ** people in many dept. It took me over a week to get a part *. Still not sure it is right one (ZKLN) Never got a price Reps could find it now, but do no more. Just get to another dept. This afternoon I was told I had to buy from a dealer. Guess what, it did not work**That was last straw, therefore this letter*I was a builder*developer for many years until I had an accident and a loyal GE purchaser**Please help me**Owen Altman ***-***-****
