I am a multi generation GE.brand loyalist and stock holder i have needed a replacement piece for my Air Conditioner model AHM**dph* i have been placed on hold and waited for the customer service rep to verify what i needed i have over an hour of conversation and being placed on hold. No one has gotten back to me, my home is extremely hot and ...i have dealt with a *rd party company parts select whom also sent me the wrong parts due tomissing or improper part information i need a right side frame no one ever gets back to me i have verified and reverified my email address i need the part this shouldnt become a part time job for a $* part. Highly disappointed and will soon have an elderly parent and child sitting in heat in about a week...please advise and assist on rectifying this quickly
