I purchased a stackable washer dryer a year ago n September. This unit worked for a little less than one year. I went to the retailer where I purchased the unit. I also talked with the local GE rep. All agreed this unit should be repaired by GE. Since that time two repair attempts have been made and the unit still doesn't work properly. The dryer will not run consistently! Both repair people have been questionable at best. This unit is in a high end condo rental and the repairman never leaves the tenant with any information nor contacts me about what was wrong and what was supposedly repaired. At this point, I do not understand why this dryer is not repaired. Should I continue to work thru the retail store? What is done in a case like this? I have had GE appliances all my life and still do and have never had these kinds of problems. Where do I go from here.
