I have had a problem with my washing machine and I called GE repair service. When the technician arrived he said he had to order a part even though I provided a detailed description of the problem and provided a model number when making the service call. I took another half day off of work for the next appointment only for the technician to say he ordered the wrong part. I took another half day off work today for the technician to repair my washer and he said he did and it was working. However when my wife turned the washer on the cycle ran and never stopped leaving our laundry room floor and kitchen floor full of water which we have been cleaning up for the last hour and a half. After being put on hold for twenty minutes by your "consumer advocate" she returned with when can we come back and service the washer again. So I guess I'm expected to take another half day off of work so your technician can conveniently return for the fourth time. This is horrible customer service and the last time I will use your service and I will never purchase a GE appliance again. I asked the advocate if I could speak to a supervisor because I wasn't satisfied and she put me on hold for another seven minutes before I hung up.
