Get my appliances fixed before warranty. ... Service tech giving the run arounds and prolonging the issue until the warranty ran out.
Our warranty ran out in the middle of the tech fixing the appliance. It has been out since before the *st of Feb. the tech which is from GSF I believe his name was August Gene came out and kept asking for another ticket from GE so he could keep coming back and then asked us after he prolonged to fix it. Could he come back and work on the refrigerator for a price.
Honor our warranty on the part and let us get our appliance fixed. We contacted way before the appliance was out of warranty. We have only had this appliance going on *year.
