I have a appointment on Saturday December *th between *-**. Telephone number attached to service appointment is ****-***-****. My appointment number is : **********My model number for wall oven is: PT****Sf*SS *Serial number is : MA******Q*GE has recently came out in June of **** to replace oven fan. We lost power on ******** while the oven was on, now the oven is making a noise like fan is stuck or trying to move.*I am writing to see if possible if the technician can obtain the fan part in case it needs to be replaced.*Our last service call took * weeks to get fixed due to new part fan broken in box and appointment availability.*please feel free to call me on this issue.*Thanks in advance,*Marie Lyle
