Still not fixed and they have made it worse

Get it repaired because it was not cooling well ... We have had problems getting our refrigerator repaired. Two technicians, three parts and three weeks without a refrigerator. The sad part is that at every step it has become worst to the point now it does not work at all. Now cannot even get to the repair service because it is weekend aven though the GE website says they are open Saturday and Sunday *:** AM to *:** PM - very frustrating when two different technicians and three new parts later they cannot fix it.

Now it totally does not work - they made bad to worst and have not had my refrigerator for nearly a month not to mention enormous spoilage of food

GE to come and fix it and reimburse for all all the spoilage- we have already paid pretty heavily and no refrigerator for nearly a month

I expected GE to be able to fix their own product
