Call because price changed on order the next day ... There was no way to actually talk to a human. the number listed on Get Human is for the backstage pass program. They redirected me to ***-***-**** and told me to press *-*-* to speak with someone. However * is an unrecognized option, and the phone number just told me to email and hear back in * days, which is absurd. I want to speak with someone!**Not sure why this got marked as fixed as it's not--reopened a new case
They tell you you need to wait * days for email and by then it's too late to change order
I want to get my order price adjusted or canceled and speak with someone over phone to make sure it gets done
