My mother has experienced difficulties with Frontier in the past. As a result, we have received excellent assistance from Linda Harding with Executive Customer Relations - *-***-***-**** Ext. ******* - email: L*****@***.com**Unfortunately, I emailed Linda yesterday but received an automatic response that she is out until next week. My mother’s situation has gotten worse. Now her phone was disconnected by the company and she is without a telephone. She will turn ** years old on December ** and suffers from major medical issues. We are concerned that she has no way to contact anyone until she is reconnected. Attached are the documents that reflect her situation received from Frontier. However, once again it is as a result of Frontier staff not properly completing work. I had turned things over to my brother, Darryl Focken as he lives in the same community as mom. **In summary:**A few weeks ago, her phone was ordered disconnected after the bill was not received by her and so they shut off the phone for non-payment. Mom was in a panic and Darryl reached out to the company (not you as I failed to provide him your contact information. I am unsure of the exact day but he told me that he spoke to a company representative who acknowledged the call. During the conversation, they set up her payment through her checking account number and routing number. Unfortunately, the person apparently, incorrectly entered the account number..**During the call, Darryl also asked that the mailing address be changed to her address rather than my home address. Yesterday, a representative acknowledged the notes reflecting the change. However, the address was not changed. Unfortunately, she did not receive her bill and as a result, no payment was made by her. Therefore, a second shutoff has now occurred. The phone is currently shut off. To make things worse the internet connection is still not working correctly.**Would you please contact me as soon as possible? The concern we have is that without a phone, she has no connection to the outside.
