My TV is not working and it keeps telling me to check the connection. It was only hooked up by Frontier *-* weeks ago, their is nothing wrong with any of the cords or connections. Upon trying to get my TV to work I noticed there are zero lights on my internet box. I turned on*off, pushed the reset button with a pen and nothing. I push the button on the front and noting. It is as if it is any empty useless box. so I not only have no TV, I have no internet and I am now being charged for data overages from Verizon for my WiFi. I have called several times and they keep giving me the same message to check cords. Additionally, I was told there is a ticket on my issue but I don't know how there could be as I cannot speak to anyone. Wait time has been over ** minutes for *-days. I have a full time jab and cannot lose another * hours work for you service. I have not even paid my first bill yet and this is the second time I have had issues with the service. I want this fixed and the internet box box checked and*or replaced TODAY. I cannot get through to anyone. Additionally, the number they ask me when I call is not even my phone number.
