This place is a joke I have called * times in two days. I was trying to buy tokens for my( wifi) Internet . The first lady I talked to ask me what I wanted I told her she never even said hold on or anything just put the call back on hold with music which I waited for ** minutes and she still never returned to the call so I hung up and called back I then told that lady what I was wanting and after a while she finally told me that I could purchase *Gb for ** dollars and I told her that was what I wanted and she said they would start then but the token bytes were never added I checked the system control several times and they were never added and needless to say my wifi wouldn't load anything so I called back today and was told that they could only add one token at a time and that they had added one yesterday and that I will be billed for it and that they could add another and I would be charged even more .I think this is a bunch of bull that I am going to be charged for something that was never added for me to use. Can you please explain to me how this is right to charge people for things they never received?
