i used to have service with frontier when i lived in iowa. i was given such poor customer service that i had to switch internet carriers. i had more days with out service then i had with service. i even called the toll free several of times and they would not fix the issue. i even called and told the cs that i get paid on the first of each month because of being on social security and that i needed my bils to correspond with when i get paid and they would never work with me at all kept my bill on the **th of each month and by the **rd of each month they would have my services disconnected so my kids would go * days with out being able to do any school work because that is what we used the internet for because they are home schooled. so i see even after disconecting the service you have a balance on my credit report for ***.** i am disputing the ***.** to be taken off my credit and im asking for you to fix this for me please email me back
I trust that Frontier Communications will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
