I have purchased insurance for my departure flight as well as my return flight with Allianz* Travel Insurance. Both policies are active for *** days from date of original purchase, and both policies can be interchangeable to each departure or return flight, which is something I didn’t know until I read thru each policies pdf files documents which I have saved in my files so we can discuss them if need-be. Flight protection I is ** pages and emergency preexisting medical is ** pages. *I have never had this much trouble speaking to one of your agents, Frontier. In a business coined by “customer service” The skill-set that was claimed as “helping me” was rude, intentionally not using full abilities to help, as I called her out after it in tears bc I just want*To get home and see my animals and relax:( and she finally admits she can remove the “no show” label on my flight from ** March ****.... (which shouldn’t be there to begin with! I will explain when I chat with someone at corporate.)*I can’t speak with “customer service” anymore. The point of always getting*having my travels insured is so I don’t have to deal with this kind of stress as I have social anxiety and PTSD to a level that is detrimentally you my well-being. I would like to speak to someone who is genuine and accommodating and understanding that someone who is dismissing everything myself and seeming to mock my questions. Thank you***********

Official customer with account for little over a year, however been flying frontier for a decade.
I literally have gotten SAME CS representative * times with same issue. Why and how is this possible? It’s bullying, to me. She isn’t helping she is harming and I need help not harm. Thank you.
