Frontier Airlines(flight **** CLT-DEN, Monday, March **, ****, TMI was cancelled we had to get off the plane* received a letter from Frontier apologizing and giving us * options! At this point me being a rookie at this whole experience with flying w*o my husband and then never having a cancellation* was a serious concern for me! And then to top it off my husband was on another airplane so I couldn’t even talk to him! There was a nice lady that helped me or I thought she was helping but when I had got on the rebooking website and went to purchase another ticket for home through TripEasy I found out later it was for the wrong airport! So after waiting another hour I realized I was going to have to rebook. So I got on TripEasy again and they proceeded to tell me there wasn’t another flight until *:** at night through American and it was going to cost me $***.**. And my letter had mentioned up to $*** ticket and a $*** voucher for future Frontier Airline travel. I didn’t really want to spend the extra money but didn’t have any other option unless I wanted to stay the night and that didn’t make any sense! So through TripEasy I purchased another ticket(*************). I was very appreciative that TripEasy was willing to reimburse for the first ticket of $***.*** which ended up being the amount Frontier reimbursed me for! So what ended up being just a few hours at the airport ended up being all day and into the evening. So when I did finally connect with my husband* “he was like when you get to Portland, Oregon* you are staying the night considering it will be **:** at night*” and with no sleep and the time change I complied! So basically what I would really appreciate is that we get reimbursed in what the remainder is owing on the American ticket we had to get*($***.**-***.***$***.**). Also, I never did receive a $*** voucher through email for future Frontier Airlines! What would really would be generous also* is if you considered paying the hotel(***.**)* I had to stay in so I didn’t have to drive home from Portland, Oregon to Eugene, Oregon* tired(* hour drive). If Frontier can reimburse me the $***.** $*** voucher for future Frontier Airlines, and reimbursed for the hotel of $***.**.
