I was booked on your front tier flight on Monday from San Francisco to Denver that was supposed to leave at *:** PM it didn’t leave on time it in fact left three hours late which meant I couldn’t get my connecting flight on Delta back to Minnesota I had told the stewardesses that I had a connecting flight on Delta several times and they told me that they would take care of it! Needless to say I missed my connecting flight to Minnesota and when trying to speak to agents nobody seem to want to help me because I was on two different airlines it was neither one of the airlines has responsibilities to get me to my connecting flight that’s what I was told several times! That being said I had to spend an additional $*** plus the $** baggage fee to get onto A flight back home to Minnesota which was on a frontier flight that was an hour and ** minutes late. So I didn’t get home until * AM and had to be at work at six because I scheduled my work schedule around the hours that I was flying. I would like a refund for the $*** that I had to spend plus the $** baggage fee that I had to spend to get myself home! I had went to California for my last cancer screening and I’m not in the position to spend any extra money and the extra money that I had to spend to get back home because of all the delays and all the lack of customer service it is kind of put a damper on me right now please contact me at ***-***-**** if you have any further questions thank you very much *ShawnMarie Brown
