I originally booked a flight for myself and my husband with a confirmation number U*FMRI (DEN to STL roundtrip) .* Due to deteriorating health I called to cancel my seat ONLY. The agent was less than courteous (downright RUDE) and VERY difficult to understand, making an already stressful situation lengthy and difficult.*A physician's letter was faxed the same day to verify my inability to manage flying. (Jan *)**NO CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT WAS RECEIVED until January *th when I received a new itinerary code TY*VXJ*but WITH NO CONFIRMATION OF PASSENGER NAME (JEFFREY HUFF)*AND NO MENTION OF REFUND.**Please.....a message to clarify that Jeff will be able to travel to his dad's **th Birthday party ( and that my fare will be refunded) would be greatly appreciated!!!
