We purchased our refrigerator in ****. Shortly after purchasing the cold cut drawer shelf bracket broke. We called and requested a new bracket. We were sent the wrong item three times since. I have repaired this bracket twice to the point of working fine. However the drawer has since cracked ,when we requested a new bracket and drawer we were charged ***.**. Had the service department sent the proper one the first or second time or even the third time the drawer would not have cracked. We are very upset that because of the ineptitude of your employees it is now costing us $***.** and believe that fridgaire should bear this cost not us. We are very disappointed and are shopping for new appliances you can be sure that our microwave,stove,or dishwasher will not bear the name of Frigidaire on them!!!!
