The issue in GetHuman-acoleac's own words
I bought a $** data plan for my hotspot device and when I went to activate the device it couldn't be activated because of an issue with the Sim card no longer working so I can't use the data plan, therefore I would like to return my data account and have my money refunded back to me please.

GetHuman-acoleac did not yet indicate what FreedomPop should do to make this right.
