I purchased a FreedomPop phone for $***. I paid $*** for a year of UNREAL Mobile service on my FreedomPop phone. I also paid $*** for a year of UNREAL Mobile service for another GSM phone.*The GSM service worked for about a month, then stopped working. I managed to get it to work for a second month, but only with a WiFi connection. Now it won't work at all, with or without WiFi.*The FreedomPop phone only worked for about a month with WiFi but not without. Now it also won't work with or without WiFi. *Clearly FreedomPop*UNREAL Mobile has issues. I've spent many many hours on the phone waiting for customer service to answer, but of course they never do. Since they don't appear to be interested in providing me phone service, is there some way I can get my $*** back?
