FreedomPop's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-kodapawz a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-kodapawz may need:
Account holder name, Billing address, Phone number on account, and Last 4 digits of SSN

I was trying to get a refund of my top-up credit of $**.** which was unused. ... On April ** my account was suspended for a billing issue, on May *th I tried to cancel my account and it would not let me cancel. I submitted a ticket requesting my account be cancelled and my $**.** top-up credit be refunded to my credit card. The answer I received was that Freedompop does not refund top-up credit. My account is paid up I had over *** mb's of data left on the **th of April when the account was suspended so Yes I expect to have my unused top-up credit refunded promptly. Before typing this I went to my account and was able to Cancel the Account so I don't get charged for services I never used on my credit card.
Every other business refunds your money for unused services.
Freedompop needs to credit my $**.** back like any reputable business would.
I was a good customer until i found a much better deal and being disabled I can't afford to waste money.
