I order a $*.** SIM card, but I used no data on it and tried to cancel my subscription to the service, yet I was charged on my PayPal account. I looked on my FreedomPop account and there shouldn’t have been any charges because I downgraded all of my plans more than a week before my billing period ended. Additionally, I have $** of top up credit which is rendered useless and I would like to get a refund for, as well as the $**.** that I was charged even though I cancelled my subscription.
