I bought the *GB LTE each month for an annual fee of about $***. I used the full *GB of data for the month of November, but should have gotten more by November **th. There is an alert on my account saying I have used all my data and to wait until the next billing cycle, but on my account where it shows how much of the texts*data* calls I have made, it shows I have used ***GB. I want to know when will I get my data and why it is taking so long. I know for a fact I bought *GB* month, not just *GB for the year. If I am unable to receive my data, I would like to get a refund.
GetHuman1682145 did not yet indicate what FreedomPop should do to make this right.
