I thought from the beginning I was only going to get the *** MB free data. Next thing I knew I was being charged **.** not just once, but twice in the same billing period. This time I didn't have the money in my account. So that would be **$ in the hole. My bank charges me **$ every transaction that I didn't have the money to cover. Being billed twice, means **$ more. When I realized what was going on. I got on my freedom pop account and tried to stop the subscription, hoping that would stop the transaction. Instead I got charged another *$ and **$ for downgrading, when I was just trying to stop the account all together. **$ plus two more fees from my bank **$more. That brings my total up to ***$. I can't afford that. I still haven't figured out how to cancel, and haven't used any data this billing cycle. I would like to be refunded in hopes that my bank will refund me the other ***$ as well. I'll mail back the working still in good condition hotspots, and you can keep them, because this isn't the first time that my account has been overdrawn from Freedom pop, and I'm just sick of being in the hole. Stop my account and give me a refund please simply because I was trying to cancel all service, and ended up being charged * more times. I want nothing to do with this. You can have it all back. I just request the money be put back in my account. Please and thank you.
