Dear Stehen Stokolis, I took out * Freedompop Sim cards in October ****. The service did not work properly and I was unable to log into my accounts. So I contacted Freedompop directly via web feedback form telling them to close the accounts. I had no reply and they have been billing me ever since. I can't get any message through to them and I want all my money back as I have not been using them and I clearly informed them to stop it back then. So, Freedompop, please cancel my accounts AND please refund me everything I have been charged over * years. Thank you.
