Help with my FreedomPop issue

What went wrong?
Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get FreedomPop help.
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-hfmarsh may need:
Account holder name, Billing address, Phone number on account, and Last 4 digits of SSN
The issue in GetHuman-hfmarsh's own words
I needed to get a new sims card and when I called to get one the person I talked to said I had to set up a new account using a different Email address so instead of using my regular email which is *****@***.com he set up one as *****@***.com problem is I now cannot get into this account. he was suppost to use the password I had on my other account, but it won't work for this account, so I do not know the password for the account and can not get into it to change the password. please Email me at *****@***.com and let me know why this has happened and why I had to set up a different (new) account.
