i went to cancel my plan and it shows its charging me $**.** . I had a freedompop * it was ***-***-**** and a freedompop wifi . my account was under email *****@***.com . I tried deleting my account several times but it kept saying I had * active act and to try again . then I noticed under billing it showed it was going to charge me $**.** today . now when I log in it just shows Your order will ship in the next *-* days. You will receive an email notification when your order ships. but I didn't order anything .
GetHuman1027842 did not yet indicate what FreedomPop should do to make this right.
