I signed up for * free weeks and haven't received my sim cards. My card was charged as if my two week trial is over and I haven't even received my sim cards. To top that i was charged twice and both charges sent my account into overdraft so I am majorly overdrawn and will noe have a significant overdraft fee on top of never receiving my sim cards and never getting to utilize my free trials. I want these charges reversed please. I was charged twice for ** dollars and some change. I called and the person in the phone couldn't hear me or had some kind of issue. GetHuman-ninjatro did not yet indicate what FreedomPop should do to make this right.
