I have been having nothing but problems with FreedomPop since **** when I first purchased a SIM card. I paid for a phone a plan and sim card by the time it arrived at my apartment those first free month was already gone because it took them was ** days to get there and not to mention the phone was not in the package. I brushed it off tryed to get a refund but FreedomPop ***% helpless. Then again and **** of December I purchased * SIM cards when they arrived I was looking to have two days of service left then I was charged almost ** each **** sim card. Again FreedomPop I was a hundred percent helpless. Never got sim card to work in phones lost lots of cash. time and effort. I should have mailed emailed customer service several times with attempt to get some kind of credit I , or device I never recieved or money back. Got NOTHING. but another sim card and I'm being charged you guys already have part to me twice this month I didn't ask for this I didn't request this I demand a refund ASAP. I BEING A **** GOOD LOYAL CUSTOMER KEEP COMING BACK. I DESERVE A PAID MONTH ALONG WITH A TOP-OF-THE-LINE DEVICE FOR FREE. FREEDOMPOP EXPLAINS HOW THEY'RE ALL ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS MAKING THE CUSTOMERS HAPPY LET'S SEE IF YOU CAN MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY!! I HAVE THE TRANSACTION TWO KINDS ACTIONS THAT YOU WOULD CHARGE ME THIS MONTH FOR THE SIM CARD THEN I DON'T EVEN HAVE ACTIVE MATTER OF FACT IT WAS STOLEN SO IT'S CLEARLY ACTIVE AND I'M IN CHARGE FOR THAT'S A REALLY NOT COOL.
