Freedompop paid accounts problem porting (swapping) number between them

Help with my FreedomPop issue
The issue in GetHuman-gounista's own words
Porting (swapping) a number from monthly account A to yearly account B ... I tried to transfer (porting) my previous freedompop number to a new freedompop sim in the same phone (iphone *). I tried go via freedompop support account of mine.*Problem *: although support account was correctly setup it will not allow me to login. After placing my password, it will go back blanck without any error message. This replicated before for other issue when I first setup my account with yet other freedompop number.*Problem *: There appears to be no exact link or button for the porting between * freedompop account that I need. There are other options like porting in from non-freedompop number to freedompop or porting out when you quit freedompop and to transfer the number to other carrier.**Problem **: until I am able to finish porting I cannot cancel my 'previous' account and I get charged for monthly subscription by keeping it.**My old but yet active freedompop number: ***-***-*****that I want to keep to replace my temporary and active freedompop number: ***-***-****.**My freedompop registered email is:******@***.com
The Freedompop support site will not allow me to login with my confirmed registered account.*The customer service telephone number only refers me to lookup support site.*Thus there is no way out. It's a closed LOOP.
Porting finished as soon as possible and *Cancel the ported out account as soon as porting is completed.
About close to * years I have been with Freedompop and I am a paid customer.
I have tried to login to Freedompop support*forum account but failed.*I have tried calling them but automated voice refers only to support site.*I have talked to my Freedompop friend but no solution found.
How GetHuman-gounista fixed the problem
Call ***-***-**** and the rep answered almost immediately although the recorded voice at the beginning said "Monday is a busy day and please call back on Tuesday or else..." something like that. I chose * for "Technical support" then a person (Amazingly) answered. My issue she took care of at the moment after I explained (swapping*porting between * freedompop accounts), and was solved!
