****o,**I've been using Global *** Basic Plan for couple years without any Monthly Charge, But there is a $*.** Monthly Charge on ******. Is it an error or not? Do we have to update the Freedompop's lightning fast LTE internet in order to still have Free monthly Global *** Basic Plan**If you changed the policy and started to charge monthly fee for Global *** Basic Plan , could you please tell me how to close the account and get back my credit balance?
