Yes, I have been led on for *wks or more about my issue and nothing resolved. I sent all the documentation through email to Ashly and she told me she would take care of it for me. I call her today and shannon ask me who I am and Ashly is on the phone. So I waited ** mins for shannon to come back to the phone and she proceeds to tell me that there's nothing they can do. I ask for the owners * she cannot do that. I ask to speak to the return dept. Can't speakers to them either. All I want is to be treated fairly and not ignored. Common sense will tell you what happened when you see my proof. And they do not want to do that. Where is my proof of my return? O have basically been called a liar and they never make a mistake. Every human makes mistakes. I do not like the way they have treated me and handled my issue. No help. I want my coach New York back so I can send it to fragrancenet. These two companys are so close in names. And I have ordered from both. I put the wrong return label on my box. My box was the same box tharmt my coach came in. Fragrancenet. Returns should have seen that also seeing that coach was in there. So please someone please help me with this. I am not trying to get something for nothing.
