I have ordered multiple times on line and have had to make returns to the store twice. The store at Northpoint Mall, **** Northpoint Circle *****, Alpharetta, GA ***** check out is extremely disorganized and promotes conflict between customers because it is unclear by the set-up if there is one line for check out with next in line to be called by available cashier or if each cashier as her own line. We waited in one long line only to get to the front of the line and discover that there was a separate line. Customers argued about who was next. Then today i waited in the back of the long line and an employee told me there was another line. When i went to the other line I again observed conflict between customers about who was next and then the cashier only called from the very line that i left. I would suggest that shelves and barriers be set up to make it clear that there is more than one line per cashier and that your employees at a minimum get on the same page.
