Contact customer service ... Still haven’t received my order I purchased for my daughter’s birthday. It’s been * weeks with no email saying there is a delay... I had to call after a week bc there was no correspondence from Foot Locker to me, besides taking my money.. got an unenthusiastic rep who didn’t care and basically blamed me for ordering and spending my hard earned money, stating Foot Locker didn’t expect it to be like Xmas during Covid-**... really? This is my very *st time shopping with Foot Locker and I am pleased to say it will be my very Last time! The experience has been nothing but sub par from start to finish... not to mention having to wait in line “online” to even get into the website for about an hr just to “browse” the site to see if the shows were even available to order! Never have I ever! I’m a Saks Fifth and Nordstrom gal anyways so I guess I was reaching expecting the same stellar customer service and overall experience! Hey! A gal can wish can’t she?
It was a gift for my daughter’s bday.
Send my daughter a gift certificate for HER next purchase as my purchasing days with company has come to an abrupt stop! It’s gonna be a NO for me! My daughter is the on e who ultimately suffered bc due to quarantine not only were we not able to throw her a traditional party with family and friends, her items came almost a month later from Foot Locker...
This my *st and last rodeo with this company. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again... *st impressions stick.. You buy something from them and it’s like an act of Congress to speak with anyone if you have an issue. They have a “chat” option but it’s not available after you can finally get on their website. No email correspondence with the customer or anything! They basically say to the customer “you wait until WE decide if and when we ship your items” even if it is ** days late and a bday gift. **** it up customers! We gave your money now and we have made it almost impossible to contact us. Jokes on you!
I dont need to try anything else because it’s not my burden to? I am the customer.... they should know what customer service looks like, they’ve been in business how long? Oh ok... my point exactly... Get it together Foot Locker
