On June **, around * p.m. eastern time. My daughter's and nephew walked in the Boynton Beach , Fl. Footlocker. On of my daughter's picked up the New snake skinned Jordan, and had it in her hand. There was a white male who had no hair with a footlocker shirt on (Manager). There was a Hispanic young girl with a footlocker shirt on also. She was pacing the floor. Neither of the Two Footlocker Employee greeted is with a gteeting, nor did they ask what size my daughter needed. A customer went to the counter and I said, Loudly " excuse me can we get some help. The male was counting money, never looked up or said anything. The yound lady proceeded to take the lady. This is very unprofessional for not just * staff member to do , but * of your staff members did it. When walking out No one said anything or tried to apologize. I would like this matter to be taken care of ASAP. My daughter's and I was very heart broken to be mistreated by your staff members. I would like to hear from you guys and be compensated for something. The only Footlocker that was close by my house. My daughter left in tears becaise of the way we were treating.
