Flowers not what I ordered for funeral-wicker basket with fall flowers- delivered cheap glass vase with sparse flowers. Talked with CS at ****flowers wanted to resend funeral. Unacceptable as family is grieving & funeral over. Extremely embarrassed. CS asked how they could fix since I refused resending flowers and I said price adjustment. Have not heard from them since.

GetHuman-kkagood did not yet indicate what Flowers.com should do to make this right.
