Update ******* - My problem STILL has not been addressed as far as I know. As I stated, I am NOT an FPL customer. FPL transaction for $***.** was charged to my Bank of America savings account. I am not an FPL customer. I became a Duke Energy customer when they came to town a few years ago. And I don't pay any of my bills through my savings account. I really want this issue resolved. It should not have happened. If an FPL rep would like to talk to me, my tel. * is ***-***-****. Thanks for your help.

I'm not an FPL customer. I am now a Duke Energy customer. I'm writing in regards to an email I received from my bank (BankofAmerica) about an overdraft to my savings account from FPL. The transaction amount was $***.**. I did not make this transaction since I'm not your customer & I wouldn't have used my savings account for this. I need an explanation of this issue. How did this happen & I do not want it to happen again! The bank said it was it was done using Western Union I believe. I don't even use Western Union. Also, I tried * different FPL toll free number & was unable to actually speak to a representative. Believe it or not, sometimes it is helpful to speak to an actual person! Thanks for your help. FPL could make this right by addressing this problem. Someone used my Bank of America savings account to make a payment to FPL, apparently using Western Union. I AM NOT A FPL CUSTOMER. I AM A DUKE ENERGY CUSTOMER & HAVE BEEN EVER SINCE THEY CAME TO THE PALM HARBOR, FLORIDA AREA! F
