speak to a human being which is now impossible with FPL ... I received a letter for a request for a deposit. The same letter said that if I enrolled in auto pay I would not need to pay the deposit. However when I enrolled in the auto pay to automatically paid the deposit. Since **** I have only been late * or * times, twice went I was out of the country on business with no email access and since February when my husband died and I was over whelmed with the paperwork because of his death this happened twice. I want someone to please call me. I don't want an email. I want to speak to a live human being and they can call me at ***-***-****. Thank you.
