On April 14, [redacted], at 4:30 p.m., my 16-year-old granddaughter was thrown off the hood of a black Jeep Patriot. The driver, Angel Perez, had the license plate AWV E01. Angel Perez started the vehicle with three kids sitting on the hood and drove off quickly, causing my granddaughter to be thrown off the hood on the front driver's side. The other two girls on the passenger side managed to grab onto the windshield and jump off safely. While the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) couldn't make it to St. Cloud Hospital, the Osceola County Sheriff's Department (OCSD) responded, took a statement from my granddaughter, and issued case number 19I038987. I have tried contacting the OCSD multiple times but was advised to call the FHP. The incident occurred in Osceola County in Harmony. I'm requesting the FHP to contact me regarding insurance information at [redacted] (cell) or [redacted] (work hours 7-3:30) as I'm struggling to get assistance in this situation.

My vehicle experienced a blowout and collided with highway concrete with no other vehicles involved. Despite leaving the vehicle and returning with help, it was gone upon my return. Attempts to contact the police, AAA, and HWY Patrol, particularly Officer Dillion Bryan, have been unsuccessful. As the owner, I, Rudolph Smith, from Sacramento, CA, have left multiple voicemails since the July 7, [redacted], accident but received no response. I seek information on the whereabouts of my [redacted] Lexus ES300 with California tag 4PRG813 and VIN: JT8BF28G5X[redacted], located in Jacksonville, FL. Any assistance is appreciated. Rudolph Smith can be reached on [redacted].

We would like to report an incident involving a Florida State Trooper with license plate [redacted] that occurred on our way home from Ruby Tuesday’s in Fleming Island. The trooper nearly collided with us, causing my husband to swerve to avoid a potential accident. Subsequently, the trooper was observed running a red light, driving in the center of a two-lane road, and displaying overall distracted driving behavior. Our family, especially our children, found this experience unsettling as law enforcement officers are typically seen as protectors rather than road hazards. Another vehicle next to us even recorded the trooper's actions on video. While we understand that this might have been an isolated event, we felt it was important to bring this to someone's attention.

Hello. I am seeking clarification regarding the citation issued to my son for speeding in a school zone. He was given citation ABGRL9E by Trooper W.E. Burnett. After researching the relevant Florida statute [redacted](10) and chapter [redacted], I found that the civil penalty should have been $[redacted]. However, Trooper Burnett imposed a $[redacted] penalty, and I am unsure of the reason for the difference. Could you please explain how Trooper Burnett calculated the $[redacted] penalty? If you are unable to provide this information, would it be possible for you to reach out to Trooper Burnett on my behalf to clarify this matter? Thank you, Jim S.

There is an issue on Hoffner Ave. in Orange County where semi trucks and dump trucks are crossing over the median into Conway Manor neighborhood, endangering residents and children going to the bus stop. This problem began when the road was widened. Trucks are supposed to turn right and make a u-turn at Hoffner and Patch road, but instead, they use the neighborhood as a shortcut and speed through. Residents are requesting signs to prohibit large trucks to help prevent further incidents. The trucks crossing over the median are damaging the grass and creating safety hazards. Your cooperation is appreciated in addressing this matter.

I have recently received a toll booth ticket in Florida for a Honda with tag number J82CTE, even though I do not own a car or reside in Florida. I currently live overseas and can provide proof of this through my passport. The ticket was sent to [redacted] Jody Road, West Palm Beach, [redacted], which is an address I no longer have control over. I suspect that someone is illicitly using my name and address for their vehicle. I kindly request that the authorities investigate this matter, verify the ownership of the car, and take appropriate action. If the car is indeed registered under my name, I request it be impounded and I be promptly notified. Thank you. -Jerry L. H. hlj148@[redacted]

I am in need of identifying the officer on duty the evening of August 4th on I-75 between mile marker [redacted] and [redacted] near Brookville and Bushnell, Florida. Following an accident where I, Carolyn Lee, was struck by an 18-wheeler that then fled the scene, a state trooper arrived. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for his name and require a report for my insurance. I vaguely recall the truck being white, hitting my right bumper, and speeding on my right side, causing considerable distress. Could you assist me in obtaining the patrolman's name? Thank you for your help. My contact number is [redacted].

On January 5, [redacted], I was in an accident on the turnpike (accident report #FHP 22ON[redacted]) involving a white Toyota Corolla with the license plate IVBZ50. Despite the other driver claiming it was a hit and run, I stayed at the scene, called [redacted], and provided my name as Nigel Cook. I waited for law enforcement to arrive but ended up exchanging insurance information with the other driver, Molina Lima Fara M. After encountering difficulties reaching Trooper S.M. Sandoval, I contacted the other driver's insurance and filed a claim. The insurance company compensated me for the damages to my truck. I believe the other driver submitted a false accident report, and I would like to amend the report and provide photos as evidence. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Nigel P Cook

While driving on I95 South on December 15, [redacted], a mishap occurred due to a misplaced orange cone on the highway. This incident caused damage to the front part of my [redacted] grey Toyota Camry, specifically the bumper, skirt, and splash shield. The repair costs are beyond my budget, and I believe the responsible party should cover the expenses. I am seeking assistance in identifying the party at fault, potentially through surveillance camera footage. I have already sought advice from the courthouse in Ft Lauderdale, directing me to contact the FHP for further action. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
