Hello, I bought * tickets of flixbus from milan to florence on february **th and vice versa from florence to milan on march *rd. Due to coronavirus issue, we can no longer afford to arrive in Milan. We cancelled also apartments on airbnb. We think that coming to milan at this point is dangerous. Furthermore, The Italian Embassy did not recommend arriving in Milan. Therefore, We want to cancel our tickets and let’s get the money back, because we don’t know when we will travel in the nearest future. Please take into the consideration our situation and understand this problem. It is not our will. This is a worldwide problem. At such a time we should all support one another.*Best regards,
