GetHuman-ziad_art did not yet indicate what FlixBus should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-ziad_art fixed the problem
Yes actually the issue has been solved, I did call them but unfortunately there has been a customer service phone number in the App which I’ve tried many times and it always said “try again later”**So out of frustration I went to google to try finding some other phone number and I did, it was a different one than the one in the App so I called two times and finally they confirmed that the booking was made successfully and they have given me the booking number to search for the ticket info in the App and I did.**The problem was “Payment failure” while the money has been already taken from my account.**They promised to send me an email with all of the booking information two times but I didn’t receive anything. Anyways I am glad that the issue has been solved cause I will have to take the bus tomorrow early and they did help me in a way to get it done and I appreciate it. **STILL I WOULD ADVISE THEM TO CORRECT THE NUMBER OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE APP..!
