Dear all,**I just contacted your customer service support and I chose option * for English speaker. **After that I heard a series of instructions in German language and then a male representative attended the call. He spoke in German and I said I needed to speak with English speaking rep and that I chose option * for this service. He hang up the line. **This is a very poor way of treating your customers and very rude service. I would be ashamed to treat a customer in such a way in XXI-st century. **Best regards, **Daria
