Myself and my daughter we are entitled to compensation of:***% of the ticket fare . *I am attaching my confirmation *********** and bus line **** on ******** scheduled to leave at *:** pm but was delayed with no prior warning and arrived over an hour the bus station at around *:** pm .**I am aware that I am on the bus , but As PER THE WEBSITE regarding LATE ARRIVALS , it clearly states that it ENTITLES YOU TO A DISCOUNT ON YOUR TICKET ?
